£8.50   = minimum 250 word reply within 24 hours
£14.50 = minimum 500 word reply within 24 hours
£19.50 = minimum 750 word reply within 24 hours

To obtain a reply within 24 hours, it's just a simple but secure three-step process:

...2) Choose how detailed an answer you'd like. This selection will take you to our secure payment page on Paypal's website. Please note: we don't see your bank details or even see your address (Paypal buyer delivery address is switched off)! Only your bank knows your personal details, only we know your personal problem...

...3) Pay using either your Paypal account or, if you don't have one, your credit or debit card. You'll be informed when the transaction is complete: that's it, all done! You'll get an email from us informing you that we've received your problem and one from Paypal telling you you've made a payment.

Then, just sit back and wait for our confidential and personal reply - within 24 hours, guaranteed! 

You can provide as much or as little detail as you think necessary for us to give you an informed reply, but including a country of residence is useful as it allows us to recommend suitable local charities or government organisations which can help.

To protect your privacy in the case of joint/shared use Paypal accounts and bank accounts/credit cards, the name which will be shown on your statement will be 'Alveta First Defence'.
