If you send us a request for advice on a completed 'ask for advice' form, which includes a valid Paypal reference number for a payment made to us,  we guarantee to send, to the email address specified, a reply to that problem within 24 hours of our receipt of your request . If we fail to do this within 24 hours, then we will offer you up to 100% of your money back as a refund and still reply to your problem.

The amount refunded depends on how long it takes us to get a reply to you. We promise that you will still get the same high-quality reply no matter how much the refund. The refund structure is as follows:

Reply within 24 hours = Guarantee met
Reply in more than 24 hours and less than 48 hours = 25% refund
Reply in more than 48 hours but less than 72 hours = 50% refund
Reply in more than 72 hours but less than one week = 75% refund
Reply in more than one week = 100% refund (advice is free)

We'll always do our best to get back to you within the timeframes, however, sometimes circumstances beyond our control can intervene, and these constitute exclusions to the guarantee. If, for example, you have entered the wrong email address in the form, we will not offer a refund. Also, if your Internet Service Provider fails, your mail server goes down or your computer catches fire, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. Also, it may very rarely happen that you don't provide us with enough information to give you the reply that you deserve. In this case, we will reply within 24 hours with a request for more information. Once we have this from you, as normal, we have 24 hours to get back to you with an answer to your request for advice.
